The Results....Week 6 Weigh-In


We're almost to the end of our challenge!  Don't give up yet!  Hopefully you've found some new eating habits that you can incorporate into your everyday diet.  Our hope was that this competition would not only help all of us lose weight, but that we would start making changes to our diet for a healthier eating lifestyle.  Food substitutions is probably the number one way to make a change to your diet.  So get to work.....2 more weeks until the final weigh-in!  Good luck!
